Despite some challenges, my recent stay at this hotel was decent. The room was clean and staff friendly. Convenient location near subway stations to Manhattan. However, noisy neighborhood, minimal breakfast, and poor customer service. Noisy surroundings and lack of refrigerator were drawbacks, but overall, a reasonable option for a short stay.

The location is top-notch, just a quick walk to several subway stations to zip right into Manhattan. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were satisfactory. Unfortunately, our shower wasn't working and when we tried to get it fixed, there was a bit of a lackluster response from the maintenance team. 🚿

Safe and clean hotel, liked it. The room was wonderful and new-fashioned with smoke detectors for my safety.

Located just 17 km from the Aqueduct Racetrack, our family had a blast exploring the history of film, television, and digital media at the nearby Museum of the Moving Image. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to indulge in our shared passion for entertainment and learning.

My wife says that having a dedicated play area for children would be a great addition for families traveling with kids.

We liked our stay in this place. All in all everything was good, had a good stay at the room. Unbeatable location, easy walk to Museum of the Moving Image. It was easy to find a subway station, located close to the property.

Contemporary hotel, fairly clean, accommodating staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Brand-new, cozy room, good Wi-Fi.

Despite some noise from passing trains, the modern room with a comfortable bed and a big shower provided a relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing. The friendly staff and the option to bring in outside food for meals added to the convenience of the stay.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was very good, with a variety of options available such as make your own waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and juices. Also, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the local metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were always helpful and smiling, providing excellent customer service.

One downside of the hotel was that the room I stayed in was located on the roadside, which resulted in some noise disturbance. It would have been great if the windows were soundproof to minimize the noise.

We visited the Museum of the Moving Image and geeked out over the history of film and television. Plus, we managed to catch the metro easily to the Aqueduct Racetrack for some exciting races! The location was super convenient for all our adventures.

But if I could ask for one thing, it'd be a better sound system in the rooms for some late-night party vibes.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance of three subway stations, making it very easy to get to tourist attractions. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities like a mini fridge and coffee machine. The seamless check-in and check-out process was a plus. We also appreciated the cleanliness, especially during uncertain times.

The only downside was that the breakfast options were limited and didn't include many hot items. However, there were plenty of cafes nearby, like Rosa's Cafe, where we could grab a more substantial breakfast if desired.
